All classes have modifications for all fitness levels. Participants must be at least 16 years of age. All classes are held at the LINC unless otherwise stated. Classes may be held outdoors depending on weather.

Non-Members can enjoy classes, too! Just pay the $8 drop-in fee, which covers the exercise class and all other facility amenities (fitness center, walking track, courts) for the remainder of the day.

Class Descriptions
Aqua Motion
This water aerobics class incorporates gentle stretching and balance exercises, assisted by the support of the water. This
low-medium intensity shallow end class can be adapted for participants at all levels.
50/50
Raise your heart rate with 50% cardio and 50% bodyweight training. Exercises could include plyometrics, agility, and intervals.

Chair Yoga
(SilverSneakers endorsed) Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
This class is suited for nearly every fitness level. All Linc Members are welcome to attend this class (regardless of age).

Full Body Force
A metabolism boosting workout utilizing full body exercises performed at various intensity levels. The workout moves quickly and the exercises are constantly changing. This class forces your whole body to be the power during your workout while incorporating super effective strength and cardio moves that build lean muscle and endurance. Get ready for your fitness to get fired up!

Freestyle 45
Wake up and smell the fitness! This class is designed to challenge and empower the way you think about sculpting your body. Staci will deliver the most effective, efficient, and varied workouts to increase core strength, conditioning, and building lean muscle. All fitness levels welcome! Let’s do it!

HIIT IT
Fast paced metabolic conditioning class that will push you to your limits with high intensity cardio intervals using muscle defining moves.

Kick-IIT
Combo of kickboxing and H.I.I.T movements to provide a high-energy workout that challenges the body. Focused around standing kickboxing bags, but also includes various fitness equipment to allow for new challenges. Gloves required!

Muscle Max
High impact cardio and strength intervals will keep your heart pounding as we move through all of the major muscle groups.

Power Cycle
This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, while incorporating some strength and resistance training too! This is a total body workout. All levels are welcome. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle!

Simple Circuit
(SilverSneakers endorsed) Offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball. A chair is available for standing support.

Twalkers
Talk the walk, walk the talk. Join the Twalkers walking group to get your low-intensity cardio exercise while chatting with other group members.

Yoga/Pilates
Combines various poses used in yoga and pilates. This class will strengthen your mind, body, and spirit! Yoga mats are provided, but participants may bring their own mats if desired.
Tai Chi for Arthritis
Tai Chi for Arthritis is a group-based exercise program developed by the Tai Chi for Health Institute. Trained instructors walk participants through slow continuous whole-body movements that allow for mind and body integration, fluid mobility, controlled breathing, and mental concentration, all which work to improve function, relieve pain, and increase one’s ability to complete everyday tasks.
