Camper Pre-Registration

Step 1: Camper Pre-Registration. This is required before you can sign up for day camps. Fee is $17 and includes your summer camp shirt, camp sticker, and ePACT online medical form fee. This is for all-day camps (not sports camps such as junior golf camp, hockey or synchro camps). You can register online (recommended) or in-person for this registration. Completion by March 10, 2025, will ensure an easier camp registration process.

Step 2: ePACT medical form. This form will be emailed to you within a week of paying your camper pre-registration fee. You must complete this online form before you can attend any of our day camps. If you completed this form for summer camps in 2023 or 2024, you will need to reconfirm your information when you receive the email for 2025. You MUST use the email address that you received the invite from in order to log in.

Step 3: Register for day camps. (On-line only March 11 for returning campers. Open Registration begins March 12. Registration will only be taken on-line until March 31, with exception to the state subsidy program or sponsorships.

The Pre-Registration is good for all JC Parks youth day camps between December 1, 2024 – January 31, 2026.
