The Capital Classics synchronized skating teams are a Jefferson City, MO, Parks and Recreation Program. The teams compete under the Ice Skating Institute (ISI) and U.S. Figure Skating (USFS) systems.
Under ISI, teams are divided by age:
- Tot (6 and under)
- Jr. Youth (8 and under)
- Youth (9-11)
- Sr. Youth (12-14)
- Teen (14-19)
