It’s that time of year again! 2021 has arrived, meaning it’s time to think about your new year resolutions. What will yours be? Perhaps you will vow to become more financially savvy. Maybe you’ll choose to work on your fitness. There’s a chance you are simply seeking new friends in the coming year. What if we told you all those goals are possible with one activity? That’s right! Exercise classes at The LINC are the perfect way to get fit and meet friends, on a budget. Here’s why you should give them a shot.

 

They’re Affordable

Members and non-members alike are welcome to take part in exercise classes at The LINC. For members, classes are absolutely free! For non-members, all classes are $7. This drop-in fee covers the class as well as access to the fitness center, courts, and walking track in The LINC for the rest of the day!

There’s Variety

The Linc has a long list of classes that can be adapted to any skill level. Classes are offered several different times throughout the day, ideal for those with fluctuating schedules, and are taught by several instructors. This means you can experience a wide range of workouts and meet many new people along the way!

When we say, “It’s easy,” we don’t mean our classes won’t push you. They certainly will. We mean that the process is extremely simple. To participate in an exercise class at The LINC, follow these steps:

  1. Check the calendar and choose your class.
  2. Arrive at The LINC as early as 30min before your class starts to reserve your spot and pay if necessary.
  3. Work out with an encouraging instructor and determined classmates!
